Do you provide the alcohol?

We provide the alcohol premixed in the flavor of your choice. We offer RUM, VODKA, BOURBON, and TEQUILA.

How many flavors can I choose?

Each machine has two side-by-side freezing bowls so you can select up to two flavors per machine rented.

Where do you deliver?

We provide delivery to the greater Austin Metro Area. A travel fee may be added for distances outside our radius.

How many batches of mix do I need for my party?

1 Batch= 448oz per side. 896oz total. Ex: 75 servings using 12oz cups .

How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?

We will need a two-week lead time.

How does delivery work?

Your delivery is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. The confirmation email includes all pricing including alcohol and accessories. We will call the renter 24 hours before your reservation and arrange a set-up time at your event 2-3 hours before it begins. Our driver will arrive at the scheduled end time to pick up the machines and sign off.

What are the electricity requirements to power your machines?

Our machines run on a 120-volt plug. However, our machines will require dedicated sockets per machine as to not overload the machine and damage it.

I plan on having my event outside, will that be an issue?

Unfortunately, yes, as our machines require cool air to operate efficiently.

What kind of surface will the machines require

Each machine can weigh over 200lbs filled. So, we require a counter, heavy table, or bar. Carts are available to rent with each machine. We refuse to service any customer if a sturdy surface isn’t available and the cart is not rented.

How long do the machines need to freeze?

The machines need a minimum of 2 hours to freeze before serving fully. Our staff will arrange a time that allows the mix to freeze correctly before your event.

Suppose alcoholic beverages are placed in our equipment. In that case, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to use sound judgment to prohibit underage consumption of alcohol and to protect against driving while under the influence of alcohol. Using our service, you agree we are absolved from any legal action stemming from inappropriate alcohol consumption.
