Liability Release

DaiquiriDashRentals, and 11 Degrees Daiquiri accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from misuse of our equipment or product by customer, including movement of equipment or other alteration of equipment as installed by employees of 11 Degrees Daiquiri. The customer assumes complete and full financial responsibility for the equipment including liability for misuse and payment for repair in case the equipment is damaged through neglect or misuse.

If alcoholic beverages are placed in our equipment, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to use sound judgement, to prohibit under age consumption of alcohol, and to protect against driving while under the influence of alcohol.
